Information Security Corporation, an SAIC company is seeking a candidate for a PKI Software Support position.. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting multiple software projects and provide off-site customer support, while working closely with the local support/sales/R&D teams, as well as headquarters staff in Oak Park, IL. Candidate must reside in the Chicago or Washington, DC area.
Qualifications
Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience
Customer technical: 3 years (Preferred)
In-depth knowledge of PKI and security-related concepts, with significant experience in the administration and configuration of PKI software on Windows and Linux
Above average oral and written communications skills with a demonstrated aptitude for communicating effectively with fellow employees and customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software bottlenecks
Familiarity with configuring hardware security modules (HSMs)
Admin experience with Apache Tomcat and/or Red Hat JBoss including experience troubleshooting TLS issues
Knowledge of database configuration/management using Oracle, HSQL, or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Windows and Linux usage and administration
A working knowledge of current ISC products would be a definite plus!
U.S. citizenship (with clear background check)
TS/SCI security clearance
