RoleWeek

Terms of use

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms apply when you use roleweek.com or its AI connector. RoleWeek (“we”, “us”) runs both. By using RoleWeek, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What RoleWeek is

RoleWeek is a free site that lists developer roles employers have posted on their own public job boards. We are not the employer, a recruiter or a staffing agency. We take no part in hiring decisions and never receive your applications.

Where roles come from

Every role comes from an employer’s own public job board on its hiring system, such as Workday, Greenhouse or Ashby. We show it as the employer posted it, with light cleanup for formatting, and link to the original posting, where you apply. The posted date is the earlier of two dates: the employer’s own posted date, when its hiring system gives a real one, and the day we first saw the role on the employer’s job board. We check roles daily, so a role with no employer date is usually dated within a day of the employer posting it. A role leaves RoleWeek when the employer closes it, or 7 days after it was posted. Sponsored roles are paid placements; they may stay up longer and are always labeled Sponsored.

We work to keep roles accurate and current, but we cannot promise that any role is complete, accurate, still open or lawful. Check the details with the employer before you apply or share personal information.

Corrections and removal

If a role looks wrong, use “Report a problem” on it. We review reports and take down roles that are wrong, closed or not developer roles.

Employers can ask us to correct or remove their roles: email hello@roleweek.com or use the contact form and choose “Our roles are missing, wrong or should be removed”. When we confirm that a removal request comes from the employer, we stop checking its job boards and take its roles off RoleWeek, including the AI connector, at the next update. The removal stays in place until the employer asks us to list its roles again.

We may remove any role at any time.

Links to other sites

“Apply” buttons and other links take you to employers’ sites and other sites we don’t control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Sponsored roles

Employers who sponsor a role agree to separate commercial terms with us. Sponsored roles must describe a real, open role, follow applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, and link to the employer’s own application page. We may decline or remove any sponsored role.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse RoleWeek. That includes interfering with the site, the AI connector or their security, using automated tools at a rate that slows them down for others, sending false information through our forms or reports, or using RoleWeek to break the law.
