Certified H-1B labor condition applications for software developer occupations, FY2026 (October 2025 to June 2026), US Department of Labor data, for employers with roles on RoleWeek this week. These are past filings, not whether a current role sponsors a visa: a role whose posting says nothing may or may not sponsor. Only employers whose Department of Labor names RoleWeek matched by hand are listed.

How this page is made

  • The roles: the developer roles RoleWeek lists as posted in the last 7 days, straight from employers’ own hiring systems. A role is on this page only when its own posting says, in so many words, that visa sponsorship is available (“Visa sponsorship is available for this position”, “We sponsor visas”, “H-1B transfers welcome”). RoleWeek never guesses it from the employer, the place or the title, and leaves out postings that hedge (“may be available”, “case by case”, “for certain positions”) or that also say something against it.
  • The same reading counts the postings that say the employer will not sponsor (“unable to sponsor”, “must be authorized to work without sponsorship”), that require US citizenship, or that require a US security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI; a public trust determination is not counted). A posting that says nothing is counted as saying nothing.
  • Past filings: certified H-1B labor condition applications (LCAs) for software developer occupations (SOC 15-1251 to 15-1254) in the US Department of Labor’s public disclosure data, FY2026 (October 2025 to June 2026), from the Office of Foreign Labor Certification’s performance data page. An employer files an LCA before an H-1B petition; a certified LCA is not a visa, and it says nothing about a role posted today. An employer appears only when RoleWeek matched its Department of Labor names by hand (an exact name, never a guess); employers that were not matched show no number, not zero.
  • One role is one card: an opening listed for several places counts once. A role listed in several cities counts on each city’s page, and a city has a page only with 15 or more roles whose postings say sponsorship is available. The numbers are rebuilt every day.
  • This is not legal advice. Whether a role can sponsor you depends on the role, on you and on US immigration rules: ask the employer, and read the posting itself.

Where the others are: remote, open to the US or Canada (5), Detroit (4), New York (3), Seattle (1), Boston (1), Charlotte (1) and Pittsburgh (1). A city has its own page with 15 or more.
